Chicago Bears cornerback Kyler Gordon was ruled out for Sunday's road game against the Detroit Lions with a hamstring injury.

Gordon was a late addition to the injury report last week and also missed the season opener Monday night against the Minnesota Vikings.

A former second-round draft pick in 2022, the 25-year-old has 207 tackles, five interceptions and four fumble recoveries in three seasons with the Bears.

The secondary will be bolstered with the addition of Pro Bowl cornerback Jaylon Johnson, who had no injury designation Friday after missing the season opener with calf and groin injuries.

Johnson, 26, was named to the Pro Bowl in each of the past two seasons and has seven interceptions with 214 tackles and a fumble recovery in 70 games (all starts) over five seasons.

Chicago defensive tackle Grady Jarrett (knee) is questionable, while wide receiver Jahdae Walker (ankle) is doubtful.
